Leader as Coach is the Association for Coaching’s flagship global online conference, bringing together leaders, executives, and professional coaches to explore how coaching can be embedded into everyday leadership.
Leader as Coach is the Association for Coaching’s flagship global online conference, bringing together leaders, executives, and professional coaches to explore how coaching can be embedded into everyday leadership.
We designed and built a clean, conversion-led platform that balances clarity with a premium feel, ensuring the experience reflects the calibre of the conference and its global audience. The site structure was carefully mapped to guide users from initial interest through to registration, with a clear narrative flow across key sections including overview, agenda, speakers, and booking. Modular content blocks allow for easy scanning, while strong visual hierarchy and consistent CTA placement help reduce friction and increase intent.
Built in WordPress, the platform gives the AC team full control over content updates, including speaker profiles, session details, and programme changes — ensuring the site remains flexible and easy to manage as the event evolves.
